RPR Associates Inc are proudly recognized as automotive dealership specialists, for retrofits and new construction, by the major automotive corporations.
Half of RPR’s projects are ground-up, state-of-the-art new car dealerships with gleaming showrooms for display; closed manager’s offices; open salesperson meeting areas; equipment-filled service bays; comfortable, client-friendly waiting areas; and staff kitchen and snack bars as well as occasional car wash or detailing salon.
Many of these projects have green features such as recycled water irrigation and plumbing systems; recycled waste oil for heating; low-E glass on the expansive showroom windows; and high-speed roll up service bay doors to preserve conditioned air.
The other half of the company’s projects are retrofit that present a whole new set of challenges, yet are completed with the same successful project completion – all while the business continue to function.
When a retrofit take place, typically the owner continues to operate the business with both staff and customers, creating construction challenges similar to remodeling a home while a large family continues to live there. Since dealerships must remain open during constriction, we create a comfort zone with safe environment for customers and employees, keeping safety issues the primary focus, while making progress on the evolution of the structure.
A typical new dealership can range between 20,000 to 60,000 square feet, and can take from 10 to 14 months to complete.
RPR have successfully worked with Acura, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Honda, Jaguar, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Porsche, Toyota, Volvo as well as independent dealerships in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
